Set in 8 acres of pasture woodland and pretty gardens these properties are surrounded by wildlife and a chance to see owls or otters in the river. Set in rolling countryside between the Uni town of Lampeter and historic town of Tregaron surrounded by the beautiful Cambrian Mountain landscape and easily accessible for great days out. Ideally situated for the Regency seaside town of Aberaeron or market town of Llandovery both 16 miles. Local Gold Mines and Talley Abbey are all a within a short drive and the Teifi Valley offers amazing wildlife and fishing. Secluded away from light pollution ideal for stargazing. Amenities: There are 3 holiday properties on site with ample parking for all. Bed linen towels electric central heating and first basket of logs included. Outside: each property has private area of garden and all benefit from the 8 acres of farm land to explore. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: beach within 35 minutes at Aberaeron shop 1.5 miles pub 3 miles. The local town of Lampeter is 5 miles. The accommodation is the former farm house offering THREE bedrooms: 1 double room 1 family room with double and single bed and 1 single room. Bathroom: spa bath separate shower and WC. Lounge/diner: Inglenook fireplace with woodburner and working bread oven TV and DVD. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven and hob fridge and dishwasher.
