Bodnant Garden, the world famous garden owned by the National Trust, is central to the Estate and within one to two miles' walking distance from the properties. A perfect outdoor break, the Bodnant Estate is privately owned and this holiday farmhouse lies off a single track lane from where there are glorious walks along private paths through woods and across farmland on the Bodnant Estate. Bodnant Garden is open 361 days a year.
There are many attractions and places to visit in this part of Wales. Within a 20-minute drive is the elegant Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno. Also the sandy beaches of Conwy, Penmaenmawr and Colwyn Bay are within about a 15-minute drive. Snowdonia National Park is on the doorstep, including the Swallow Falls near Betws-y-Coed and Snowdon. The summit of Snowdon can be reached via the mountain train from Llanberis.
