A perfect outdoor break, the Bodnant Estate is privately owned and this holiday farmhouse lies off a single track lane from where there are glorious walks along private paths through woods and across farmland on the Bodnant Estate. Bodnant Garden is open 361 days a year.
Ty Newydd is a detached, period holiday farmhouse, occupying a prominent position with breathtaking views over the Conwy estuary, over the Eglwysbach Valley and toward the Mountains of the Snowdonia National Park.
There are many attractions and places to visit in this part of Wales. Within a 20-minute drive is the elegant Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno. Also the sandy beaches of Conwy, Penmaenmawr and Colwyn Bay are within about a 15-minute drive. Snowdonia National Park is on the doorstep, including the Swallow Falls near Betws-y-Coed and Snowdon. The summit of Snowdon can be reached via the mountain train from Llanberis. A number of Welsh castles including Conwy, Caernarfon, Beaumaris, Harlech, Dolwydellan, Denbigh and Rhuddlan are within easy striking distance.

Woodberry is a 100 year old former stable block situated in a courtyard on the Talhenbont Hall Country Estate near to Criccieth in North Wales. With two double bedrooms (both with ensuite facilities) and two twins well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep eight people. The cottage also contains a well equipped kitchen with an adjoining laundry room, a dining hall with a galleried staircase and a sitting room with an inglenook fireplace and French doors. Outside the cottage is a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a BBQ as well as plenty of off road parking. There are also fishing, tennis and woodland walks included with this cottage. With a number of other cottages on site making it ideal for large groups of over thirty people, Woodberry is a wonderful holiday home for anyone wishing to explore the delights of North Wales.

Hen Gapel is a former chapel, now fully converted to offer a comfortable holiday home in the scattered rural hamlet of Llandecwyn, 7.5 miles from Harlech. There are two first floor bedrooms, a king-size double with a dressing room and a twin with a low doorway, and two ground floor bedrooms, a double with en-suite shower room and a room with adult bunks. There is also a first floor shower room. The kitchen has a dining area, there is a handy utility shed outside, and for relaxing, guests can choose from the living room with woodburner, the conservatory or the first floor sitting room with pool table. Outside, there is off road parking for 4 cars, and a rear and side lawned garden with furniture, BBQ and mountain views.
