Accommodation overview: Newly renovated with a modern interior, the cottage offers river views and on-site fishing. Situated on the banks of the River Nar, the village of Narborough is located between the historic market towns of Swaffham and King's Lynn, both of which provide good shopping, pubs and restaurants. It is eighteen miles from the seaside resort of Hunstanton, with the bird reserves along the North West Coast also close by. There is excellent fishing at Narborough Trout Farm and Pentney Lakes. The village has shops and a Chinese restaurant with further facilities available in Swaffham, five miles away. These three cottages are part of a terrace that was formerly used to accommodate the barge horses and watermen who worked the River Nar. Renovated with modern interiors, the cottages offer river views and on-site fishing - licence required, on the owner's riverbank and lake. Direct access from the door to river walks. Accommodation overview: Scholars Cottage is a pretty terraced property. It is furnished to a very good standard and is situated on the edge of Reydon. It has access to great footpaths for walking and cycling but also within walking distance of the beach at Southwold. Reydon is only divided from Southwold by Buss Creek, a narrow stretch of water where the fishing boats (busses) of long ago used to tie up. All properties therefore have easy access to beaches and town centre amenities by road and various footpaths. Reydon boasts two well-stocked village stores, as well as the Randolph Hotel which has an excellent restaurant and good locals' bar. Scholars Cottage is a pretty terraced property. Little Fransham is set right in the heart of Breckland and Norfolk, an ideal location for exploring Norwich, King's Lynn and the North Norfolk Coast. The village is half way between the market towns of Dereham and Swaffham, both of which offer excellent shopping, restaurants and good sports centres. It is a lovely area for a relaxing holiday with many delightful walks and cycle rides through the countryside. Accommodation overview: The Old Vicarage is a comfortable and spacious family cottage situated within easy walking distance of Cromer town centre and the beach. It has the benefit of an enclosed garden and plenty of parking. Cromer is a traditional seaside resort with a cliff-top setting and wide sandy beaches running down to the sea. It is famous for its fishing boats that still work off the shore and offer freshly caught seafood. The town has a fine pier, a local history museum, a new lifeboat museum, a golf course, multi-screen cinema, Amazonia zoo, indoor children's play barn, Kart Track, cycle hire, shops and restaurants as well as seafront entertainment, making it ideal for a family holiday. Cromer church tower is the tallest in Norfolk and the more adventurous might like to climb to the top to enjoy the wonderful views. The Old Vicarage is a spacious family house which was built in 1909 for the Rust family, and was then home to the GP before it became the vicarage. The property is set over three floors and the rooms are of a good size and in keeping with a property of this age. Set within a residential area of the town, it is close to the Lawn Tennis Club, and the Royal Cromer Golf Course. The town centre and beach are a short walk away.
