Perfect for a relaxing break these two comfortable spacious and charming conversions enjoy spectacular views across a beautiful deer park grazed by Red and Fallow deer a wildlife haven just 6 miles from the lovely north Norfolk coast. The park boasts a 14 acre fishing and bird watching lake and a network of footpaths to explore – there is even an excellent restaurant within walking distance. Deer Park Cottage adjoins the owners' 18th century farmhouse whilst Deer Park Lookout sits nearby only 2 miles from Roughton village shop and Gunton's railway station and 6 miles from Cromer's seaside attractions. Blickling and Felbrigg Halls (both N.T.) are nearby and the Broads are easily accessible.

"This cottage is the ideal 'chill out' place ideal for anyone who just needs to switch off and completely unwind. The setting is so tranquil and the cottage is extremely comfortable especially with a roaring log fire to sit by and the owners are lovely people who couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. All in all it was exactly what I thought it would be - a totally relaxing break that gave myself and my husband a wonderful chance to relax and recharge our batteries. No noise no clubs just wonderful scenery and some terrific wildlife right outside the doors!"

"A lovely little cottage set in the middle of a Deer Park - great for getting away from it all. Lots of lovely walks on your doorstep and the seaside resorts is only a short drive away - and it was dog friendly which was a must have when we were looking for our holiday!"

"Gunton Park is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature from three types of deer friendly dog’s Egyptian geese curious sheep and of course very friendly humans. Having never been to North Norfolk before we found the countryside roads beaches and shops very uncrowded. We look forward to visiting North Norfolk again in the near future and would recommend Gunton Park to those who wish to enjoy the countryside and the need to ‘chill’!"
