Lochside Cottage is located in the tranquil village of Kinlochard, which is in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage is beautifully presented, with great attention to all details. The lounge has a large LCD TV, leather 3 piece suite, wood burning stove, with dining area behind. You are led into a fantastic bright spacious kitchen, which has a feature stone wall and central breakfasting area. The kitchen has access straight onto the private decking. Both bedrooms are beautifully coordinated and each has a wall mounted combined TV/DVD with satellite connection. This lovingly restored stone built cottage sits on the bank of a charming river and from the spacious decking you can see it making its way towards Loch Ard. The cottage has full access to 15 acres of maintained ground, with fields that lead you down to the lochside, where fishing is free to residents from the foreshore.
