Large kitchen/breakfast area with Aga and electric cooker. Study and games room with wood-burning stove, French doors to garden. First floor: Two double bedrooms, each with 5ft bed; one with wash basin, one with oak panelled walls and en-suite shower room with toilet. Two twin bedrooms, each with wash basin.
