Accommodation overview: This cottage is in one of the most picturesque areas in Wicklow with the town of Aughrim only 2 miles away and Ballykissangel 7 miles. A beautiful authentic 200 year old thatch cottage with wonderful views over the countryside and comfortably decorated and furnished with open fire in the lounge. The heating is old style, a solid fuel stove which once lit will take 30 min to heat the radiators. There are lots of activities in the surrounding area from fishing, golfing and a bowling green nearby. Aughrim is a small village with a fine selection of bars and restaurants.
