The cottage can sleep up to five people in three bedrooms comprising a double room with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a twin room and a single room. There is also a main bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC, along with a ground floor basin and WC. The cottage offers an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area (seats 5), while outside there is a lawned garden to the rear with woodland views, furniture and a BBQ, along with shared access to a picnic area overlooking the Kenmare River. Off road parking is available for 3 cars.
