Accommodation overview: Conveniently situated between the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Dales, Holly Cottage nestles in a semi rural position on the outskirts of the village of Girsby and has been recently converted to a particularly high standard. The cottage is adjacent to the owners home and livery yard and has been stylishly furnished and decorated, enjoying the warmth and comfort of a wood burning stove in the lounge which is open to the eaves and from where a beautiful spiral chandelier takes pride of place! The lounge opens up to a superb tasteful kitchen with adjacent dining area featuring a large chunky table and very comfortable leather dining chairs. The master bedroom houses a zip and link bed which can be used as either a super King size bed or full size twin beds to offer flexibility, whilst the second bedroom, built into the eaves of the house provides a single bed with a pullout bed and a large velux window which opens to a Cabrio balcony. Each of the bedrooms has access to the Jack and Jill style bathroom. Outside the cottage is surrounded by paddocks, a gravelled patio with garden furniture and BBQ to the rear and a large pond stocked with Koi Carp to the front. The pond is very deep and children must be strictly supervised in this area.

Accommodation overview: Set at the head of Swaledale in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Arngill Cottage was originally built as Mukers Wesleyan Chapel in 1845, converted into cottages in the 1940s and lovingly renovated over the last years, now offering a charming and well equipped character cottage. It has a stone flagged entrance hall, feature staircase curving to a balustrated landing on the first floor, solid oak floor boards, lime-washed walls, a large open plan living area with beamed ceiling, window seats, stone and lime rendered fireplace with wood-burning stove. The kitchen is stone flagged with vaulted ceiling, original, exposed beams and a hand crafted kitchen incorporating pine panelling from the original chapel. The cottage has gorgeous views over wild-flower meadows, Straw Beck flows right opposite the cottage. The historic landscape is rich in wildlife, rivers and waterfalls, ancient paths and tracks and an ideal base for a wide range of year round activities or just plain relaxing.

Cundalls is a beautiful stone barn converted to a very high standard in the last year resulting in this individual property which is oozing with character and architectural features.Hardwood ash floors,stone flags and oak beams abound. Central heating is provided by a truly unique woodburner in the large lounge (electric oil filled radiators are provided for those of you who may prefer not to light the stove or may just require a small amount of background heat during the warmer summer months). Cundalls is furnished in an eclectic style with a high degree of luxury for both families and couples. With three bedrooms upstairs Cundalls can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, the well equipped kitchen has everything you need for self catering.
