Accommodation overview: Roof Stones has been recently converted from a traditional long barn into luxury self catering cottages. Accommodating six people, the cottage is bursting with character - exposed beams, log burning stove (starter pack of logs provided!), internal exposed stone walls and views to die for! Roof Stones has an adjoining cottage (Ground Stones 218014) that sleeps eight - perfect for larger families, offering privacy with en suite facilities to the master rooms. They can be booked together to accommodate 14 guests. Each cottage overlooks a private rock garden with the facility of a fully enclosed south facing garden, complete with fruit trees, barbecue and a charming arbour bench! The historic town of Whitby is just 18 miles away where Bram Stoker was inspired to write the novel Dracula. and is also famous for its fish and chips - claimed to be the best fish and chips in Britain by Rick Stein, the famous sea food chef.

Accommodation overview: Situated in a rural position in the heart of the Garsdale Valley, Chapel House was formerly the local Methodist Chapel which was thoughtfully converted in the 1970s and has undergone full refurbishment in 2010 to provide comfortable holiday accommodation. The lounge houses a cast iron multi fuel stove - perfect for those cooler evenings, with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and a further bedroom and a shower room on the first floor, ideal for families and couples sharing. Due to the location of the property, Chapel House is particularly suited to the outdoor enthusiast with an abundance of walking and hiking direct from the door. Livestock roam freely from outside the grounds of the cottage and it is particularly important that dogs are kept under strict control.

Accommodation overview: As the name suggests, Beach Villa is a delightful detached beach house with white painted floorboards, bright coloured furnishings and wall decorations and a truly perfect location for a beach holiday. The majority of the accommodation is on the ground floor, with access to a neat enclosed garden and a spacious elevated decked patio with bench/tables, a barbecue and boasting simply the most spectacular views over the beach and out to sea. The first floor is accessed by a quirky "paddle" wooden staircase which is steeper than normal, and leads into an unusual bedroom with limited headroom in certain places - most suited to children and teenagers.Both the lounge and dining room enjoy bay windows complete with window seats enabling you to simply relax, unwind and breathe the fresh sea air.
