Accommodation overview: Quietly nestling beside The Green and overlooking Clapham Beck, Old Manor House is a delightful 18th century cottage which is detached and enjoys spacious enclosed gardens and a patio to the rear. This period property offers a warm and cosy welcome with open fires in both the lounge and dining room along with an abundance of panelled walls and period furniture in keeping with its era. A short flight of stairs leads to a glazed garden room overlooking the patio, pond and garden and can be accessed from a ground floor level to the rear of the property which is slightly elevated from the front perfect for relaxing on the occasional furniture, eating breakfast, or leaving coats and boots in here too! As the property is quite spacious it would appeal to the larger or extended family or for those enjoying outdoor pursuits.
