The cottage is situated towards the gateway to Wensleydale approximately one mile from the small village of Spennithorne which has a shop and pub, and just over two miles from the bustling market town of Leyburn with a variety of shops, tea rooms and restaurants to discover. The area is perfect for walkers or those who enjoy history, with Middleham Castle, Jervaulx Abbey and Bolton Castle a short drive away. The house is also an ideal hideaway for those who simply want to relax in rural surroundings or host a special gathering of family or friends.
