Accommodation overview: Mill House Annex is situated in a very unique location on the very banks of the River Endrick near the hamlet of Gartness, on the edge of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. Mill House Annex dates back to the 1800s when it once was a working mill producing textiles. The water wheel has long gone but evidence of the water ways and structures can still be seen. The property is quaint and quirky with thick walls, floors which run off at different angles, ceilings of varying heights and even a few stone steps to take you up from the lounge into the kitchen area. Stable doors lead out to an open mature garden area and the river side is only 3 metres away.

Accommodation overview: Offerance Farm Cottage is a lovely traditional style semi detached property located within 80 acres of working farmland. Situated at the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, the cottage is only 2 miles from the small village of Gartmore. The cottage has a lovely lounge with wood burning stove, making it feel warm and welcoming. There is a separate sun lounge enjoying the view across the garden. The neat kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate dining room. The double bedroom is on the ground floor and the twin bedroom and large bathroom are on the first floor. The rear garden is private, with outdoor furniture and fenced off along the river bank. There is shared use of the front gravel courtyard and a large raised deck area providing beautiful views over surrounding countryside to the Campsie Fells and Ben Lomond. The farm has a herd of Highland cattle. The river, Kelty Water, flows directly behind the cottage, which eventually leads into the River Forth.

Accommodation overview: Originally built as a stable for the main house in 1850 and converted to a dwelling in 1925, this detached stone built cottage has been fully refurbished and has much traditional charm. The open plan interior features exposed beams and sanded floors and the compact cosy rooms have a continental feel and comfortable furnishings. There are two terraces with garden table and chairs.
The small town of Auchterarder has a rich historic past and is well placed between Stirling and Perth to enjoy the fine scenery and recreational pursuits of Strathearn. The area is a perfect base for touring the Trossachs, Highland Perthshire and the famous Gleneagles hotel and golf courses are close to hand. Accommodation overview: This traditional stone-built fisherman's cottage is over 150 years old and stands on the main street, just a short walk from the lovely sandy beach at Largo Bay. The picturesque little fishing villages scattered along the East Neuk offer wonderful opportunities for sailing, fishing and exploring. The area is also popular for hill walking/climbing and for golfers, there are endless local courses to choose from. The Fife Coastal Path stretches from Lower Largo to St Andrews. An ideal base for touring with easy access to St Andrews, Perth, Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow.
This attractively furnished terraced cottage is on 3 levels. The main rooms are well-proportioned, bright and sunny. To the rear there is a small elevated enclosed garden for sitting out,(it is not really suitable as a childrens play area) and there is secure storage for sports equipment, cycles, etc. Shops, pubs and hotels in village 1/4 mile.
