The cottage occupies a wonderful position with a private garden overlooking open farmland, the delightful River Earn and the Moncrieffe Hills. The property has been newly re-furbished and is extremely well presented. The property has a bright and airy open plan layout with the main oak wood floor living space on the ground floor and a carpeted gallery bedroom accessed via a spiral staircase. The light-filled gallery bedroom is a joy but it does come with fully fitted black-out blinds to prevent the early morning sun spoiling that all important holiday lie-in!
