The pretty Broadland village of Dilham lies in the centre of a conversation area, thirteen miles North East of Norwich. This is an ideal area from which to explore the unspoilt countryside and waterways of the Broads. Boats and canoes are available for hire nearby at Wayford Bridge, Wroxham and Potter Heigham and The Museum of the Broads at nearby Stalham Staithe is well worth a visit. A little further afield you can explore the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast or the vibrant cathedral city of Norwich where you will find a huge selection of places to eat, theatres and galleries.

1 & 2 Brick Kiln Barns are two charming single storey adjoining cottages based on the footprint of an ancient brick moulding barn in the pretty village of Dilham. They stand to the rear of the owner's property overlooking open farmland; the area is perfect for bird watching with several RSPB reserves in the vicinity. Guests are welcome to relax on the lawns and you can use the canoe launching site into a quiet branch of the River Ant, however the fishing rights are reserved for the local kingfishers and the occasional otter. Shop: 4 miles Pub: 0.1 miles
