Both the Norfolk and Suffolk coasts are within easy driving distance and the Broads can be accessed at Beccles. A great area for walking and cycling in an all year round location.

The accommodation is of a very high quality, extremely comfortable and well equipped. The front of the property overlooks the large pond and there are delightful enclosed rear gardens which enjoy their own woodland walk. Guests enjoy the benefit of the owner's tennis court and fishing in the pond at the Lodge, both by prior arrangement. The village has numerous amenities, which include an excellent children's playground which is within easy walking distance of The Gatehouse. Shops/Pub: all within walking distance. The Gatehouse is set within the same location as Pond Cottage (prop ref 1312) allowing you independence whilst still enjoying the company of friends and family.
