It is ideally located for exploring the stunning South Devon coastline and picturesque villages nestled between. Set within a 10 acre small holding with the owners residing close-by but privacy very much being assured. You will be ideally placed for touring the South Hams. Enjoy some lovely countryside walks directly from the property or venture further afield and explore the many fishing villages and sandy beaches on the South coast. There is a range of popular attractions within a short range which include historic Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican Torbay Babbacombe Model Village River Dart Country Park the market town of Kingsbridge the sailing centre at Salcombe and Dartmouth and much more. In the evenings relax in the garden with a glass of wine or enjoy dinner in one of the local pubs. The accommodation offers ONE double bedroom with feature exposed beams and cottage style decor. Lounge/diner: open-plan with TV/DVD. Kitchen area: reached via a few steps down from the lounge/diner with electric cooker fridge and microwave. Utility area: small covered area outside next to the cottage with washing machine. Outside: communal gardens and private terraced patio area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric and electric heating included. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs by arrangement (regret no dogs in October). Additional info: regret no short breaks.
