Set on a quiet country road you will be ideally situated to visit the market town of South Molton which is 2.5 miles away where 2 markets are held each week and where you can browse around an array of shops a supermarket and numerous pubs and restaurants. You will be within easy reach of the wonderful sandy beaches at Saunton Croyde Woolacombe and Westward Ho! Walkers will be spoilt with country footpaths from the village of Alswear and Exmoor easily accessible whilst on Exmoor you could visit the zoo or one of the local fishing lakes. The picturesque coastal villages of Clovelly Lynton and Lynmouth are also within easy reach along with the larger town of Barnstaple which is 12.5 miles away and has numerous shops a theatre cinema and many pubs and restaurants.
