Situated in a beautiful part of North Devon approximately 2 miles from the village of Woolsery which has a post office shop and fish and chip shop. The cottage is adjoining the owner s farmhouse (where a warm welcome awaits but privacy is assured) and opposite a working dairy farm. Enjoys a good size private garden with access to fields that run down to the riverbank and lake. Ideal for summer picnics or for those just wanting to relax and watch the varied wildlife with deer kingfishers otters badgers and foxes often being spotted. The property is only a short drive from the beautiful Devon and Cornwall coastline with its spectacular towering cliffs rocky shorelines and long stretches of sandy beaches. The area provides wonderful walking opportunities with the coastal path and the famous Tarka Trail which gives many miles of safe track for both walking and cycling. Hartland Quay and the picturesque village of Clovelly with its steep cobbled street are also within easy reach. Away from the coast there are lots to see and do with many attractions including RHS Rosemoor Gardens Tapeley Park Gardens and the wide open spaces of Exmoor and Dartmoor with their breathtaking scenery. Perched on the cliff top edge of one of the prettiest villages in North Devon, Williams Cottage enjoys breath-taking sea views stretching from Baggy to Hartland Point with Lundy Island on the horizon.
