There are also a wealth of National Trust properties and gardens in the area. Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks are within a short driving distance and boast miles of natural beauty rugged grandeur high moorlands and sheltered valleys. Leisure facilities: 7 well-stocked fishing lakes providing superb carp and tench fishing for all anglers for all ages (by arrangement with the owner and please note that tuition and equipment are not provided). The ponds are located on a gentle sloping valley surrounded by farmland and the beautiful Devon countryside. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: steep open-tread stairs leading to the first floor which is within the apex roof with restricted headroom. 1 twin and 1 double with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower attachment and WC.
