Staveley is the ideal choice for the more mature holidaymaker as all amenities in the village are on the level although it is equally suitable for guests of all ages as Staveley has so much to offer. The village has a local Spar Shop, traditional butchers and post office, even a cookery school and organic wine outlet as well as one or two pubs, The Eagle and Child offering award winning food throughout the day and into the evening.
