Accommodation overview: This detached former Station House sits in 1 acre of private garden in a beautiful rural setting at Wright Green, Lamplugh, on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Accommodation overview: Harwood Dale Cottage occupies a gently elevated setting on the fringe of the market town of Kendal. The cottage enjoys total privacy and stunning views over the surrounding countryside towards Kentmere, the Langdale Pikes and a glorious vista of Kendal Castle which is illuminated at night (although this may be obscured by trees during the summer months). Kendal town centre is a short walk from the cottage and is rich in local amenities. The Lake District National Park is a mere 10 minutes drive away, the Yorkshire Dales also easily accessible from Kendal.

Accommodation overview: Thistle Cottage is situated at Duddon Mews in the hamlet of Foxfield, part of an attractive courtyard development of cottages, converted from an original barn. The accommodation is set our over three levels, with the lounge and dining areas being upstairs to take advantage of the beautiful view overlooking the Duddon Estuary to Black Combe. This area of the Lake District is less well known but equally as beautiful. With many attractions and great walking country close by, including Coniston Water and Coniston Old Man, Duddon Sands Nature Reserve and the South Lakes Safari Park. The delightful market town of Broughton - In - Furness is within walking distance with some excellent pubs, restaurants, village butcher and organic baker.
