Accommodation overview: Ringstead is a small village with a superb pub, The Gin Trap, Minutes from Brancaster, Titchwell and Holme. This is the place to be, comfortable accommodation that is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. An excellent holiday location. Ringstead is a quiet little village in North West Norfolk, just a mile or two from Hunstanton and Holme-next-the-Sea. The village lies on the Peddars' Way, an old Roman road now used as a long distance footpath that links into the fine coastal paths. Here the sandy beaches of the Wash and the striped cliffs at Hunstanton are broken up by a more indented coastline of tidal creeks and salt marshes at Thornham and Titchwell. All the pleasures of the coast are close at hand yet this quieter location offers a more peaceful holiday base.
