Set as the end house in a sunny row, on the Cornish Coastal Path, with its own furnished garden, it is just moments from the harbour, beach (opposite) and wide variety of restaurants, forming an ideal base for a family seaside holiday. Polperro itself is a delightful little fishing port, with whitewashed cottages lining narrow alleys, and an assortment of shops selling local crafts and freshly caught seafood, together with a wide selection of characterful pubs and restaurants. The sheltered bays of Talland, Lantivet and Lantic all offer excellent swimming and bathing against a backdrop of towering cliffs, whilst the scenic Cornish Coastal path winds right by the holiday cottage, leading visitors through stunning scenery, much of which is National Trust land. The abundance of vineyards, orchards and gardens in the region are a tribute to the mild climate, with the spectacular Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan within half an hour’s drive.
