Accommodation overview: Beck House is a truly stunning barn conversion next to Thacka (a small beck), Penriths ancient watercourse, in this historic market town and providing luxurious self catering accommodation at a realistic price. It is situated only 2 minutes walk from the town centre, at the end of a residential cul-de-sac. The site was previously the home to one of the oldest breweries in the North, until its closure in the early 1900s. Beck House was the brewery warehouse, built in the 18th century and converted in 2010 utilising much of the original sandstone and reclaimed timber to retain the character, but furnished and equipped with the finest quality furnishings and fittings. Penrith is well provided with amenities, including pubs, restaurants and shops and is easily accessible by car, coach or rail. It is 2 minutes drive from junction 40 on the M6 and 5 minutes walk from the train station. The owners can pick guests up from the station if required, they also provide a meet and greet service on arrival.

Accommodation overview: Braydeston Cottage is a delightful thatched property situated in the centre of this Broadland village. It offers spacious accommodation with masses of character. Brundall lies on the banks of the River Yare which is great for fishing and exploring the waterways on a boat cruise. In the heart of the Broads there are wonderful opportunities for walking and bird watching. The coast is a short distance and easily accessible. The magnificent city of Norwich is a great place to shop, view historic sites and offers a wealth of cultural opportunities. The village has some great facilities including an award-winning restaurant. Braydeston Cottage is an attractive 17th century thatched cottage with an abundance of character including exposed timbers, decorative fireplaces and leaded windows. It is a real retreat, set within large, mature grounds and approached via a long gravel driveway with ample off-road parking, only minutes away from the village centre and its amenities which include a rail connection to Norwich and beyond. Accommodation overview: These four cottages are all part of a luxury stable conversion - ideal for larger groups if taken together Friston village has a large central green with many footpaths around the village. The Chequers pub in Friston serves a good range of quality food. Only four miles away is the unspoilt coastal town of Aldeburgh, or the idyllic rural beach at Thorpeness. Also just four miles away is the famous RSPB sanctuary at Minsmere. Snape Maltings is just three mile away, a waterside venue for unique speciality shops and the famous Snape Maltings Concert Hall. Snape Maltings offers good food and unique walks alongside reed beds and the tidal estuary. At Manor Farm you can enjoy the best of country life on a real working farm. The farm is approached via a private drive with well wooded countryside and horses grazing alongside. These are superb stable conversions and ideal for larger groups if taken together. In addition, a horse livery is available on site and special rates are available for guests wishing to bring their ponies/horses. The livery includes a ménage and there are miles of farm tracks to be explored on horseback. Part of the Victorian farm buildings, the cottages are self-contained and set away from the farmhouse. You will normally be able to see plenty of livestock and other farm activities. Coarse fishing is available on the farm pond and there is use of the family's hard tennis court and a lawned football area. Accommodation overview: Ferny Howe is tucked away behind the main thoroughfare of the village, close to the park and is well placed for sampling all that Ambleside has to offer. An exciting array of bars and restaurants, interesting shops and good walking opportunities are available from the door and with private parking for up to 3 cars, there is little need to use your vehicle when holidaying at Ferny Howe. The property is very well presented and retains a good number of interesting original features throughout including stripped doors and picture rails and even the original bell system from the Victorian times. Centrally positioned to explore the coastal resorts of Whitby, Scarborough and Filey, to the East, and also the market towns of Pickering and Helmsley to the West, which are all within easy reach and all beautiful places to visit. Dalby Forest, only 8 miles away is a fantastic day out for all the family with ample walking and cycle paths through the forest or the kids can enjoy Go Ape the famous assault course situated high up in the trees. The beautiful historic City of York is less than an hour away. Snainton itself is a very pretty village with a pub, restaurant, shop and garage all within 100 yards from the property.
