Accommodation overview: A large spacious property, surrounded by open countryside, offering peace and quiet in a delightful rural but central location. Little Fransham is set right in the heart of Breckland and Norfolk, an ideal location for exploring Norwich, King's Lynn and the North Norfolk Coast. The village is half way between the market towns of Dereham and Swaffham, both of which offer excellent shopping, restaurants and good sports centres. It is a lovely area for a relaxing holiday with many delightful walks and cycle rides through the countryside. The village has a pub which serves food, and there is an excellent bus service on the main A47 road. Lyons Green is a lovely, spacious country house, situated at the end of a little lane, shared only by Little Flint. It is in a truly idyllic position overlooking its own beautiful grounds, including two lakes, where fishing is available at extra cost. Accommodation overview: This spacious flint cottage has been recently restored and refurbished with period furnishings. Situated in the centre of this pretty village it has a large rear garden which is children and pet friendly. Hempstead is a small, sleepy and pretty village just two miles from the picturesque Georgian market town of Holt with its selection of galleries, restaurants and independent shops. Surrounded by the rolling countryside of the Holt ridge, it is an ideal place to explore and is great for cycling, walking, bird watching, golf, sailing and fishing. The coast is only five miles away and the choice is quite diverse from the sandy beaches of Cromer and Sheringham, both Blue Flag, to the shingle of Salthouse and the marshes of Blakeney and Cley. The ruins of Baconsthorpe Castle can be found in the adjoining village; alternatively you could walk to Selbrigg Lake where the River Glaven rises. Accommodation overview: Janerio is a brilliant base for a family holiday, only a five minute walk from the sandy beach and there is a lovely garden to relax in at the end of the day The village of Mundesley is an excellent location for a seaside holiday. Mundesley has a wonderful clean, wide beach and a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Some may enjoy a dip in the sea or perhaps just the chance to relax and enjoy the view, whilst children will love to play on the golden sands. There is a golf course and driving range in the village with both horse riding and sea fishing available locally. Historic houses, steam trains, water sports and nature reserves are all within a short drive.
Janeiro is an end terrace former fisherman's cottage that has been carefully renovated and extended providing spacious accommodation which is perfect for families. There is a good size garden and private off-road parking. The well-known beach is less than five minutes away on foot as are all the local amenities in the pretty village of Mundesley. Accommodation overview: This Wroxham holiday home is a wing of a stately early 19th century hall. Set amidst extensive parkland. Wroxham and Hoveton are at the very heart of Broadland, and are excellent locations for fishing, sailing and bird watching. The River Bure divides the two villages, commonly called Wroxham. It is home to the Bure Valley Railway, Wroxham Barns and Roys, 'the biggest village store in the world'. Both day boat hire and sailing tuition are available locally. It is also just eight miles from Norwich, with the sandy beaches of the East Coast a twenty minute drive away. Hoveton Hall is a stately early 19th century house surrounded by extensive parkland. The East Wing is self-contained with large and sunny rooms, decorated and furnished in traditional style. The three spacious bedrooms can easily accommodate six people. However, by closing off two of the bedrooms, we are also able to offer the Wing at a reduced price for two people. Hoveton Hall Gardens has fifteen acres of formal and informal gardens for guests to enjoy throughout the seasons at no extra charge. The gardens are interlaced with streams that lead to a lake.
