The end and mid terrace cottages are situated on the road to Bradworthy and have river and Yeo Valley views. A short drive to various local surfing beaches (20 minutes drive to the 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho!) The market town of Bideford has a range of shops pubs restaurants and a pannier market and is home to the Oldenburg which offers boat trips to Lundy Island. Other attractions close by include RHS Rosemoor Gardens Dartington Crystal The Big Sheep The Milky Way and some of the finest National Trust cliff-top walks in the area. The property is also close to the Tarka Trail popular with walkers and cyclists and is located on a favoured cycling route up the Yeo Valley. Relax in the conservatory with reflective glass to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter or sit on the raised patio in the garden overlooking the valley. There are also a range of village inns close by serving food. Outside: shared use of Iris Hideaway nestling on the riverbank with private fishing.
